Spa Policy
To book your party please contacts us via email (R2Ckidzspa@gmail.com), or through our Contact R2C page (where is this page) on the site or through our reservation line at: 301-638-2010.
Your contract and party information will be sent to you via email. Choose your party package and select your first and second choice of preferred party dates. Once we receive your reservation form and $100 deposit your party will be booked within 3 business days.
If your preferred party dates are not available, a team member will contact you to assist you with selecting a date. Please refer to the PAYMENT section, for further payment details.
HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE FORM A copy of our Hold harmless Clause Form must be on file in order for your event to be held. This form will be provided to you upon booking, via email.
PAYMENT: A $50 or $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. We accept Cash, Visa or MC via Pay pal. The Final balance is due the day of your party. Payments are to be made in Credit card or Cash only.
CANCELLATIONS: Party deposits are non-refundable and NON-TRANSFERABLE. However, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your party for an additional $50 if given 5 days NOTICE. After the 5th day you will be charged full event price. If for some reason you need to cancel before 5 days the non-refundable deposit will be withheld and the remaining funds will be re-issued within 15 day of cancellation. If you cancel your party within 5 days of your event we will charge you 50% of your party package price. Should you cancel your party after booking without re-scheduling a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
R2C has the right to cancel any party due to inclement weather conditions and will not be held liable for the cancellation of a party due to weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date.
PARTY/EVENT INFORMATION: Minimum Attendance: Our party’s base price is based on a 6 girl booking. Should you wish to host a party with less than 6 girls, you will still be charged the base price for your package. Maximum
Attendance: Maximum attendance for our Spa Parties is 30.
FINAL NUMBER CONFIRMATION: Three (3) days prior to your party R2C will contact you to confirm your final numbers. PLEASE NOTE: You will be charged according to the final numbers. If a child does not show up, you are still required to pay for that guest. Please remember, you will be charged for the final head count you gave, prior to the party.
Party Times: Parties are between 1 to 2.5 hours depending on the package selection and age of the children.
ARRIVAL TIMES: We suggest that the birthday girl and guests arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the party start time. Extended-hours parties can be accommodated if arrangements are made in advance. We appreciate your consideration and understanding.
LATE ARRIVALS: Because our parties are based on a schedule, they work best when all guests arrive on time. Guests who arrive late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to. There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals after that there is a fee of $10 for every 5 minute thereafter. If you are more than half hour late you may not receive full services due to scheduling restriction and would still be charged. We will not start service until the Birthday Girl has arrived.
NON-PARTICIPANTS:Booked Guests who do not wish to participate will need to be attended to by you. We are not responsible for the behavior of the guests. R2C is responsible for hosting your party and engaging the guests in constant activity. Good behavior is always promoted, but it is your responsibility to monitor and take charge if a child is not behaving, becomes ill, or does not wish to participate.
DUE TO SPACE CONSTRAINTS, ONLY TWO CHAPERONS ARE ALLOWED IN THE SPA AREAS UNLESS APPROVED BY R2C MANAGEMENT.
SIBLINGS: Please remember that our party packages cover only the guest of honor and their guests. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate unexpected guests or siblings of guests, as we prepare our parties based on the final head count given to us prior to the party. Siblings (of any age), who are not guests of the birthday child, will not be permitted to participate.
OUTSIDE FOOD: Pre-approved outside food is allowed; however please note that R2C will not provide condiments. No dark drinks are allowed.
PHOTOGRAPHY: R2C reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any and all promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by R2C, in perpetuity, and for other use by R2C. As a host of a R2C event, you agree that you will make no monetary or other claim against R2C for the use of any photographs taken of your child (or children), your home and your guests.
**R2C assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party. Your party host will work to ensure that the participants are treated in the most respectable manner.
**R2C is not responsible for allergic reactions to wearing any costumes or consuming any food or beverages before, during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guest parent/guardian to inform the client of any dietary restrictions. Please notify us of any allergies upon booking your party so we can govern ourselves accordingly.
**R2C has provided this account of our policies and terms of service with the assumption that you have read and agree to our policies before signing the Party Agreement. Please ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the above policies before reserving your party.
